Third-Party Notices

GlidePath Money is built on the work of the open-source community. This page lists the libraries we use and the attributions their licenses require. Thank you to every maintainer on this list.

Open-source attributions in effect today; the catalog of libraries we depend on is reproduced or linked verbatim per each project’s license requirements.

Desktop app bundled fonts

The desktop app bundles these typefaces. The web faces are latin-subset.woff2 files vendored through @fontsource and ship in every package; Lato arrives with the QuestPDF package, is used only to render PDFs, and reaches only some packages — see its entry below. All are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Where a face is redistributed inside a package, the copyright shown is the one that package distributes — that is the notice OFL-1.1 asks each copy to carry — with the upstream project notice given alongside it for provenance.

  • Manrope (weights 400–800) — SIL Open Font License 1.1 — Copyright 2019 The Manrope Project Authors —github.com/google/fonts/ofl/manrope. The same face this site serves — see Fonts for the note on its copyright line.
  • JetBrains Mono (weights 400, 500, 700) — SIL Open Font License 1.1 — Copyright 2020 The JetBrains Mono Project Authors —github.com/JetBrains/JetBrainsMono
  • Source Serif 4 (weights 400, 500, 600) — SIL Open Font License 1.1 — Copyright: Google Inc. —github.com/fontsource/font-files. The face the app sets its opening sentence in. These bytes are redistributed from@fontsource/source-serif-4, whose licence names Google Inc., so that is the notice carried here; the faces’ own name tables hold Adobe’s upstream notice (© 2014–2021 Adobe Systems Incorporated, with Reserved Font Name “Source”), which is provenance rather than the redistributed attribution.
  • Lato (all weights) — SIL Open Font License 1.1 — Copyright © 2010–2014 by tyPoland Lukasz Dziedzic, with Reserved Font Name “Lato” —latofonts.com. Used only for PDF rendering. It arrives with the QuestPDF package, and reaches only the packages that stage the whole build output — the Linux tar and the.deb. The Windows installer and the macOS app stage the program, wwwroot and demo data only, so neither carries a Lato face. Where it does ship, QuestPDF places its own OFL.txt beside the font files, so this entry consolidates a disclosure the package already carries rather than replacing it.

Fonts

This site serves three typefaces, vendored through @fontsource packages. Both the packages and the font files inside them are under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The copyright lines here were read from the name table of the.woff2 files this site actually ships, rather than from package metadata.

  • Manrope (weights 400–800) — SIL Open Font License 1.1 — Copyright 2019 The Manrope Project Authors —github.com/google/fonts/ofl/manrope. The font’s own copyright notice cites github.com/sharanda/manrope, which no longer resolves; the maintained source is the Google Fonts repository linked above, and the project home is manropefont.com.
  • JetBrains Mono (weights 400, 500, 700) — SIL Open Font License 1.1 — Copyright 2020 The JetBrains Mono Project Authors —github.com/JetBrains/JetBrainsMono
  • Fraunces (weights 700, 800) — SIL Open Font License 1.1 — Copyright 2020 The Fraunces Project Authors —github.com/undercasetype/Fraunces

License texts

Full license texts and required notices for libraries bundled with the desktop app are included in the desktop installer at %ProgramFiles%/GlidePath Money/NOTICES.txtand are also available in each library’s linked repository. Where a license requires reproduction of its terms (notably Apache 2.0, BSD, and MIT), the installer notice file includes the applicable text or attribution path.

SIL Open Font License 1.1 notice (Manrope, JetBrains Mono, Fraunces)

Each typeface listed under Fonts is licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1, and carries its own copyright line, reproduced above. The OFL permits these fonts to be used, studied, modified, and redistributed freely, and bundled or embedded with software, provided they are not sold by themselves and each copy carries its copyright notice and this license — which the.woff2 files served here do, in their machine-readable nametable. No Modified Version may use a Reserved Font Name without written permission from the copyright holder. The full license text is atopenfontlicense.org. Browser extension

The optional GlidePath Money browser extension is a separate codebase with its own dependencies, and ispublished on the Chrome Web Store. Its source is open on GitHub for audit.
